This week's practice · 15 minutes

The Language of Effort.

A gentle invitation to pause and notice.

Where am I working harder than I need to?

Not only in our yoga practice, but in the way we move through life. We hold our shoulders a little tighter, our breath a little shorter, our thoughts a little busier. Over time, this effort becomes so familiar that we no longer notice it.

This 15-minute practice is a gentle invitation to pause and ask a simple question:

Where am I working harder than I need to?

Together, we'll slow down, soften our pace, and explore movement with curiosity rather than striving. There is nothing to achieve and nowhere to get to. Instead, we listen. We breathe. We discover what happens when we stop forcing and begin trusting.
